The Castro Valley Orchestra is a group of dedicated volunteer musicians who rehearse and perform great classical music. We are always on the lookout for players! We are currently in need of:
violas, cellos, basses, and a 2nd oboe
who would like to find an orchestral ‘home.’
The Orchestra is a class of the Castro Valley Career and Adult Education school of the CV USD. We rehearse on Tuesday evenings in Castro Valleyduring the school year and perform three to four concerts per year. Our concerts are open to the public and are usually held at the Castro Valley Theater for the Arts on Redwood Road in Castro Valley.
